Khmer New Year A formal blessing ceremony for the offices of the Disability Action Council 9 April 2003

Two monks performed a blessing ceremony in one section of the office, with all the staff seated on the floor in front of them. The chanting and blessing with water took about 40 minutes. Afterwards the blessed water was carried by Chanthan to other parts of the office for sprinkling there.
